This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and subject to the terms of the Site’s Terms of Service Agreement. This Privacy Policy covers Brandrow’s treatment of personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") and other non-personally identifiable information that we gather when you access the Site and when you register to receive services from Brandrow (the "Services"). Information We Collect

We collect, store and process Your personal information on servers located in Singapore. If You choose to use the Site or the Services, we may require You to provide contact and identity information, billing information, and other personal information as indicated on the Site. Once You register on the Site, You are no longer anonymous to us.

Our Disclosure of Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent. We may disclose personal information to respond to legal requirements, enforce our policies, respond to claims that a listing or other content violates other’s rights, or protect anyone’s rights, property, or safety. We may also share personal information with:

  • Corporate affiliates to help coordinate the Services or products we provide to you, enforce our Terms of Service and other agreements, including the Merchant User Agreement with you (if any), and to promote trust and safety.
  • Service providers and others who help with our business operations and assist in the delivery of the Services and other products to our users. Examples include, but are not limited to, the following: maintaining servers, sending email, removing repetitive information from user lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, processing payments, reviewing content and providing customer service. Unless we tell you differently, such service providers and other companies and people do not have any right to use Personal Information we share with them beyond what is necessary to assist us and to provide you with requested goods and services.
  • Third parties if we believe that disclosure is advisable or necessary to comply with the law, to enforce or apply our conditions of use and other agreements, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Brandrow, our employees, our users or others. This may include exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
  • Entities who acquire Us or assets from Us. In some cases, we may choose to buy or sell assets. In these types of transactions, user information, including your Personal Information, is typically one of the business assets that are transferred. Moreover, if Brandrow, all or our assets or the Site were acquired, or in the unlikely event that Brandrow goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information, including your Personal Information, would be one of the assets that is transferred to or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of Brandrow, our assets or the Site may continue to use your Personal Information as set forth in this Privacy Policy.
  • Persons or entities with whom you consent to have your Personal Information shared. For instance, when you request information, Services or products from us, from our affiliates or a third party through us, or when you post information to the Site, you provide your consent for us to share that information with others. Please note that whenever you post information on or through the Site you are giving us your consent to share that information with third parties.
  • Other users of the Site. Some information about you, your account on the Site, your account activity and, if applicable, your Store will be provided to or otherwise accessible by other users of the Site. This may include the date you last logged into your account, pages that you have visited, your location, your preferences and other information that you choose to make public. Your user name, but not your email address, may be displayed to other users of the Site when you engage in certain activities or indicate certain preferences on the Site. Other users may be able to contact you, and you may be able to contact other users, through the Site.
  • Merchants and Payment Processors. If you purchase goods or services through a Store, then we may share your name, address, country, email address and other information related to such purchase with the merchant that operates such Store. In addition, payment information may be collected by a third party payment processor and shared with us or the applicable merchant. Note that each merchant and third party payment processor collects and shares your information according to its own privacy policy and terms of service. Information Regarding Stores

All Stores accessed through the Site are independently owned & operated by third parties. Brandrow does not own or operate any Stores. Thus, if you link to, browse or transact business with any Stores, we are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Stores, including, without limitation, such Store’s use of any of your Personal Information. If you visit any Stores, we encourage you to review and become familiar with the Store’s privacy policy and any terms of use.

By entering into the Merchant User Agreement, You agree to prominently include within Your Store’s posted privacy policy a statement notifying Your Store customers that Your Store is hosted by Brandrow, including its service providers, parent entity and affiliates, have access to aggregated information related to Your Store customers in order for Brandrow to analyze performance and make improvements to the Services and products. You may not use Your customer information to send unsolicited commercial messages (spam).


Accessing, Reviewing and Changing Your Personal Information

If you are registered as a merchant to receive Brandrow Services, you can access, review and modify your personal information at any time by logging into your account on the Site. Please note, however, that we may maintain a copy of the unmodified information in our records.

We may delete Personal Information when we no longer need it for the purposes we described earlier. However, any information that you have made public may continue to be displayed unless you remove it. Additionally, We retain Personal Information as permitted by law to resolve disputes, enforce our policies, and help prevent bad guys from coming back.


Security

To prevent unauthorized access, promote data security, and encourage appropriate use of information, we use a variety of tools (encryption technologies, passwords, physical and electronic security, procedural safeguards) to assist in the protection of Your information. However, “perfect security” does not exist on the Internet, so we make no guarantees.
